  • Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and the activity manager reserve the right to refuse the entry of anyone who is behaving badly and causing trouble to other holidaymakers. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
  • Any disputes arising out of this Offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Tehri, Uttarakhand.
