  • In the event of ‘No show’, No refund shall be made under any circumstances.
  • The total decided package cost will not be affected if there is any reduction in the number of persons.
  • Visitors are required to follow activity timings.
  • All activities are subject to weather conditions.
  • Unreasonable or threatening behavior will not be tolerated and the activity manager reserves the right to refuse the entry of anyone who is behaving badly and causing trouble to other holidaymakers. In such cases, we will not provide a refund for holiday days lost.
  • Any disputes arising out of this offer shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of competent courts in Tehri, Uttarakhand.
